The Presidency in collaboration with A3 Foundation to empowers 3, 000 disadvantage youths

The Presidency, through the Office of the Special Assistant to the President on Youth & Students Affairs has collaborated with the A3 Foundation, CISCO. Rockefeller Foundation and Funds and Electronic Transfer Solutions (FETS) Ltd to empower 3,000 high potential but disadvantaged youths across Nigeria under a ‘Digital Jobs Nigeria’ youth empowerment initiative.

According to a statement fron the office of the Special Assistant to the President on Youth and Student Affairs, and endorsed by IbrahimSuleiman, Technical Adviser, the programme, currently under final consideration for funding from the Growth and Employment Project (GEM) of the Federal Ministry of Industry Trade & Investment/World Bank, will empower 3, 000 Youths by way of provision of Work Stations (Laptops), Internet Bundles and a N2 million grant each – to be credited to the beneficiaries in their mobile money wallets as working capital.

(A3) Foundation is a registered Non-profit and Private Trust operational in the USA and Nigeria, committed to:

  • Capacity Building
  • Empowerment
  • Training of youth and women in order to promote self sustainability and employability.
