YAYI Receives 117 Vehicles, Ambulance From Supporters For Ogun Campaign

Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, popularly known as YAYI, has received a major boost to his grassroots mobilisation efforts in Ogun State, with supporters donating dozens of buses and other vehicles to support his campaign activities.

Adeola, in a special appreciation message to the donors, said the contributions reflected the confidence and commitment of his supporters to his political aspiration and the future of Ogun State.

According to the list released by Adeola, 117 buses and other vehicles, including an ambulance and a pickup truck, were donated by individuals, companies and groups.

Among the major donors, Mr Akintunde Armstrong donated 26 buses, while Alhaji IBD Dende provided seven buses and an ambulance.
Zacobass Oil & Gas, Stonebridge Engineering Services Ltd, Elele Ijebu, Amazon Luxury Apartments and Mr Osho each donated 10 buses.

Other contributors included Citiside Brother, Sanusi Friend, Olafem Citi Friend, Onaolapo Brother, OJ, Sodiq Badru, Kenny Odeda, Kabiyesi Segun Ojolowo, MTN Odeda, Adunbarin YAYI Diaspora, Rashidat Texas, Elele Mowe, Ola Odogbolu, Nafiu Abimbola and Friend, and Polanco.

Adeola said the vehicles were already being deployed to strengthen grassroots mobilisation and outreach across the state, including operations involving Ode Ado, Sango (Jabot), Alhaji Ismail, Imam Ado, Imam Akewukowo, Fulani Ilaro, Imam Ijebu, Door-to-Door and Ese Muphy.

He described the donations as sacrifices by supporters who voluntarily committed their personal resources to the campaign.

“These are not contributions we take for granted. Every vehicle donated represents sacrifice, commitment and, above all, confidence in our collective aspiration and the future we seek to build together,” Adeola said.

The senator also expressed appreciation to supporters who had contributed campaign materials, logistics, expertise, networks and their time, noting that many such contributions were made without public recognition.

He said the sacrifices placed a responsibility on the campaign to justify the confidence reposed in it by supporters.

“To Mr. Akintunde Armstrong, Alhaji IBD Dende, Alhaji Sacobass, Mr. Fatai Adesegun and every other donor and supporter listed above, we say thank you,” Adeola said.

“Your generosity strengthens our movement, your sacrifice inspires us, and your confidence further reinforces our determination to continue working towards the progress and development of our dear Ogun State.”
