A political activist and former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Timi Frank, on Sunday, urged the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari, to urgently constitute a panel of inquiry to investigate the illegal withdrawal of N10billion from the
