Ex-EFCC Boss, Fareeda, launches Recovery Centre in FCT Tuesday

Former Economic & Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) boss, Fareeda Waziri will on Tuesday, 15th of February unveil a health recovery centre tagged: The Oleaster Wellbeing And Recovery Centre.

The Centre is located at Gwarinpa, in the Federal Capital Territory and its operating with the name: The Wall of Hope Project.

According to the project’s Clinical Director, Dr Shaibu Dayyabah, everyone seeks to achieve good mental health and wellbeing.

Sadly, not everyone achieves success in this because of lost hope.

The hope of paying for the services they require, the hope that their bad situation can get better, the hope that someone cares for them and ultimately, the hope of full recovery.

He said however, that The Wall of Hope creates a platform for well-meaning, good-spirited, philanthropic individuals humanitarian organisations to positively impact the lives of those who might have lost all hope.

To this end, he said The wall of hope is accessible to individuals, families, communities and associations who want to be part of the good gesture.

Submitting that donations to the wall are kept anonymous, the Clinical director mentioned that tomorrow, Tuesday’s official launch of the outfit that started running since 2020, will take place in ”a small conservative ceremony”
