Epe LGC Committed To Tinubu’s Re-election – Says Animashaun

A member of Renewed Hope Ambassadors, and Executive Chairman of Epe Local Government Council Area of Lagos State, Princess Surah Animashaun, has said that the council is fully committed to the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 general election and the Renewed Hope Agenda in the council area.

The Chairperson, who reaffirmed the commitment in the council secretariat Ita-Marun Epe while addressing journalists, promised that the council would deliver more than two hundred thousand votes to the president in the general election in January next year.

Princess Animashaun said the present administration considers President Tinubu’s second-term bid a priority because of the enormous developmental benefits the council has continued to receive from the Federal Government.

She said; “Look at the Federal University of Science & Technology in Epe, Federal College of Alternative Medicine in Epe, Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Epe, as well as expected School of Nursing, all in Epe, these are the developmental benefits the council has received so far, while we are still looking for more.”

She expressed confidence that the council would be given the president the highest number of votes in the comity of councils in Lagos state, saying that the confidence of the council in President Tinubu’s leadership is reflected in the numerous federal infrastructure projects currently transforming the council.

“Our people are seeing and feeling the impact of good governance. From road projects to health, education, and empowerment, we are building a foundation that makes it easy to sell the Renewed Hope message in the council.” Princess Animashaun said.

Princess Animashaun described President Tinubu’s economic reforms as bold and necessary measures aimed at repositioning Nigeria’s economy for sustainable growth.

“Indeed, every action we take that impact the people positively is a vote for the president. Every of the jobs we have created is a vote for the president. Every road we build attract votes for the president. Every political appointment we make has multiplier effects that translate to more votes for the president.

“The President’s vision aligns with what we are doing here, and our people will reward that with their votes in 2027.” Princess Animashaun said.

While acknowledging that some of the policies have created temporary challenges, Princess Animashaun maintained that they are already laying a solid foundation for long-term economic stability, increased investment and national prosperity.
