Adeola Engages Ogun Grassroots Stakeholders Unveils Blueprint for Inclusive Development
Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, a leading All Progressives Congress (APC) figure in Ogun State, has engaged representatives of Community Development Associations (CDAs), artisans, trade associations and cooperative societies across the state as part of efforts to deepen grassroots participation in governance.
Adeola, who outlined his development blueprint at the meeting, said his aspiration to govern Ogun State is anchored on a genuine commitment to serving the people and advancing the state through his ITESIWAJU agenda.
He identified human capital development, infrastructure and the effective utilisation of Ogun State’s natural and human resources as key priorities of the agenda.
The senator said he had taken note of requests made by the stakeholders, including logistical support, the establishment of a Cooperative College and other forms of assistance.
According to him, the requests would be carefully examined, with efforts made to commence the implementation of feasible interventions even before the election.
Adeola also announced plans to embark on a statewide engagement tour covering all 20 local government areas of Ogun State.
He said dates for the visits would be communicated ahead of time to enable CDAs, artisans, trade associations and cooperative societies in each locality to participate fully.
The APC chieftain further pledged to assist an individual whose need for support was brought to his attention during the meeting.
The stakeholders, in their responses, commended Adeola’s interventions across Ogun State, saying his impact was visible in different parts of the state.
They expressed confidence in his capacity to provide effective leadership and deliver meaningful development if given the opportunity to govern the state.
Adeola said he remained committed to listening to the people, supporting livelihoods and partnering with grassroots organisations to build a more prosperous and inclusive Ogun State.
