Adamawa confirms 11 fresh coronavirus cases
Adamawa State has confirmed 11 fresh COVID-19 cases.
The new cases bring to 38 the total number of COVID-19 cases recorded so far in Adamawa.Commissioner of Health, Professor Abdullahi Isa, told reporters the state has recorded three COVID-19 deaths.He also announced during the interaction with the media that seven patients had been discharged after they tested negative twice for coronavirus.
The Nation reports a batch of five patients was first discharged, followed by a second batch of eight patients, totalling 13.
The fresh batch of seven brings to 20 the total number of patients who have so far been certified free of COVID-19 in Adamawa State and consequently discharged.
