The meeting centred on political strategy, coordination and mobilisation ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The gathering is expected to provide the coalition’s key stakeholders with an opportunity to review their political plans, strengthen internal coordination and develop strategies for the forthcoming electioneering season.

Wike and members of the group are expected to play significant roles in shaping the coalition’s campaign and grassroots mobilisation efforts in Rivers State as preparations for the 2027 elections intensify.
The Málaga retreat comes as political activities and alignments across Nigeria continue to gather momentum ahead of the 2027 elections.
