Webinar: Save Her Foundation Holds War Against Rape Tomorrow

The war against rape in Nigeria has gathered momentum as Save Her Foundation, a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) has concluded arrangements to wage war against incessant rape cases across the country.
The webinar event billed for Saturday, July 11th, 2020 is being organised by the Foundation, owned by Reverend Mrs. Fola Achudume of the Victory Life Bible Church (VLBC) is tagged ‘War Against Rape’, and will be shown live on Facebook at ‘saveherfoundation.com’ by 12:00pm.
The statement by the convener revealed that the facilitators of the well packaged webinar include; Ogun State Commissioner for Women Affairs, Mrs Funmi Efuwape; President, All Nigeria Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools (ANCOPSS), Dr. A.O. Womiloju.
Others are Acting Secretary, West African Law and Religious Society, Dr. Abiola Akiyode-Afolabi, as well as the General Overseer of VLBC, Apostle Lawrence Achudume.
The founder of the foundation who is passionate about issues relating to the girl child posited that the body of every female is sacred and should not be turned to a war zone through abuse, molestation and rape.
The convener reiterating that all hands must be on deck against rape, stressing that rape should not be swept under the carpet, emphasizing the need that the women and every girl child should be guaranteed security and safety.
