Tambuwal cannot challenge APC guber candidate’s academic qualification, Court rules
As the Sokoto Governorship Election Petition Tribunal session is ongoing, Court in its preliminary judgement ruled that Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has no powers to challenge the academic qualifications of Alhaji Ahmed Aliyu Sokoto the APC governorship candidate, The Nation reported.
