The Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) has sent a strong warning to operators of cybercafes and tutorial centres across the country over the upcoming Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). JAMB said it will clampdown on some cybercafes and tutorial centres who
