Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, the past minister of state for education, and a group called Incorporated Trustees of Rights for All International have petitioned a Federal High Court in Abuja for an order recognising Nwajiuba as the legitimate APC presidential candidate (APC). Additionally, they
