Senator Ned Nwoko alleges Regina Daniels’ drug abuse led to domestic crisis; actress yet to respond

Senator Ned Nwoko has spoken out on social media, alleging that his wife, popular Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, caused what he described as an “unprovoked carnage and rampage” at their home in his absence.
In a detailed post on his verified Facebook page, the Delta North lawmaker claimed that Regina’s alleged struggle with drug and alcohol abuse has strained their marriage and led to recent violent incidents.
“Regina was not always like this. Her current battle with drugs and alcohol abuse is the root of our problem. She must continue her rehabilitation program, or I fear for her life and safety,” Nwoko wrote.
He alleged that in the last 48 hours, Regina slapped and hit three domestic staff members, damaged cars and windows, and even threatened the family’s resident nurse who, according to him, exposed her alleged drug use.
“A clear-headed Regina would have taken Moon to the hospital, but instead she threatened to harm our nurse. While I took Moon to the hospital, chaos unfolded at home, orchestrated by Sammy, Regina’s main drug supplier,” he stated, naming two individuals — “Sammy” and “Ann” — as her alleged suppliers.
Nwoko said he has asked Regina to enter rehabilitation either in Asokoro or abroad, preferably Jordan, where she would not have access to drugs.
“I have other wives, and none has ever accused me of violence. Regina is the violent one here,” he added.
However, as of the time of filing this report, Regina Daniels has not publicly responded to the allegations.
Close associates of the actress, according to entertainment insiders, have described the claims as exaggerated and misleading, insisting that there are deeper marital issues at play. Some have suggested that the couple has been having disagreements over family and lifestyle choices, not drug use.
Efforts to reach Regina Daniels or her representatives for official comment have so far been unsuccessful.
