Oxford–Metro Poll: Tinubu Leads Obi With 24,469 Responses
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has narrowly led former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi in the latest Oxford–Metro Analytics National Trust Poll, finishing 1,067 responses ahead of the Labour Party figure.
The poll, which closed on September 7, had 69,110 approved and unflagged responses in its final analytical dataset.
Tinubu recorded 24,469 responses, accounting for 35.41 per cent of the total, while Obi secured 23,402 responses, representing 33.86 per cent.
Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar placed third with 18,430 responses, equivalent to 26.67 per cent of the participation.
The figures put Tinubu 1,067 responses ahead of Obi, giving the incumbent an estimated 1.54 percentage-point lead.

However, the regional pattern reflected in the poll indicated an electoral landscape that differed considerably from the results of the 2023 presidential election.
