Ogun LP Chairman, Arabambi Congratulates Governor Abiodun Victory At Supreme Court

Comrade Arabambi Abayomi, Chairman, Labour Party, Ogun State has congratulated the state Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun on his governorship election emphatic victory at the Supreme Court on Wednesday.
The legal battle between the governor, All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, and Hon. Adekunle Akinlade of Allied Peoples Movement (APM) finally came to an abrupt end as the Apex court confirmed governor Abiodun as the rightful winner of the governorship election held on March 19 this year
The immediate past chairman, Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC), Ogun State chapter in his congratulatory message stated that it was often a human failure to forget that God crowns whoever He chooses.
He said: “First, Ogun LP salute the exemplary courage depicted by PDA throughout the distractions the dead on arrival litigation of Akinlade and his sudden boneless and electorally valueless APM visited on the administration.
“It was during this avoidable litigation foolishly acquired by APM and Akinlade that the widely celebrated foundation and pillars of the acknowledged unprecedented emerging governance of PDA with the attendant fine policies in line with the fine Principles of democracy.
“Secondly, many other minor insinuations and insulting comments and posts sponsored and undertaken by the political almajiris were also confidently and efficiently taken in PDA’s purposeful and meaningful strides. It is indeed a victory well deserved.
“Finally, it is a welcome and appreciated development that the Governor is now roundly free of all distractions and all encumbrances that sets him free to much more onerously pursue his highly satisfactory governance .
“In conclusion, the governor is advised to focus much more on his purposeful governance. From us here as a collective, we say a loud congratulations.”
