NIMC staff suspends strike

The Nation Wide strike by the National Identity Management Commission have being suspended.

This was followed after a meeting with the Federal Government where it agreed to meet their demands of providing safety measures to protect themselves from the Corona virus among other demands

The President, Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria, NIMC Unit, Asekokhai Lucky, confirmed the suspension of the strike.

He directed workers of the commission across the country to resume work by Monday and begin the enrolment of citizens for National Identity Numbers.
