NCAA Blacklists Fuji Star K1 De Ultimate Over Alleged Airport Security Violation

The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has officially blacklisted renowned Fuji musician, Wasiu Ayinde Omogbolahan, popularly known as K1 De Ultimate, over a recent breach of airport security protocols.

The development was announced during a midday broadcast on TVC News today, August 7, 2025.

As a consequence of the sanction, K1 will be barred from using any Nigerian airport for air travel for a period of six months.

The action follows a preliminary report issued by the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), which accused the musician of misconduct, including allegedly spilling alcohol on security personnel and the pilot of a ValueJet flight after being denied boarding.

FAAN’s report held the artiste responsible for disrupting airport operations, prompting the NCAA to take disciplinary action in line with aviation safety and conduct regulations.
