Many Arrested Kidnapers,Robbers Escape Edo State Police Command

Many of robbers and kidnappers previously arrested by the Nigeria Police and detained at the Criminal Investigation Department [CID] at the Police Headquarters in Edo State have escaped from the Police custody overnight.

Anonymous eyewitness Police officer who confirmed the news said the jail break happened at night when most officers had closed from work.

Calls from our correspondent to the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Johnson Kokumo and the PRO were not responded to.

The eyewitness alleged that all the criminals who escaped from Oko Prison in the previous jail break during the #EndSARS protest were involved in last night jail break, along with other notorious criminals in the state.
