Governor Sule inspects projects ahead of commissioning by President Tinubu

Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has inspected projects that would be commissioned by President Ahmed Bola Tinubu as part of activities marking the president’s second year anniversary in office.
Governor Sule undertook the inspection tour on Sunday, in Lafia.
The Governor first visited the newly constructed multi-billion naira state secretariat complex, where the consultant handling the project, Senator Hussain Egyegbola Salihu, took him around the complex with a view to finalising preparations for the commissioning.
He thereafter visited the Usman Dan Fodio Airport in Kwandere, to inspect the facility as the state is expecting dignitaries who would accompany President Tinubu on the visit, to include the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), some state governors, as well as top business leaders from across the country.
Governor Sule was also at the multi-billion naira Lafia flyover and underpass where the contractor handling the project, took him round to inspect finishing touches on one of the administration’s key legacy projects ahead of commissioning by President Tinubu.
He later drove on a section of the dualized 4.5km, N5.6bn Shendam Road leading to the Government House, with the infrastructure also ready to be commissioned by the President.
The Governor was accompanied on the inspection tour by his deputy, Dr. Emmanuel Akabe, some members of the state executive council, Secretary to the Government of Nasarawa State, Labaran Shuaibu Magaji, PhD, as well as other top government functionaries.
Recall that President Tinubu is billed to visit Nasarawa State on June 25th on a one-day official visit.
