God’s Warning to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu

By Bolaji Akinyemi
Mr. President,
OnGod’s Warning to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu: “By the sword of the scribe, the battle shall be won.” It is this divine commission that has defined my life and ministry in the Apostolic for years—a call to nationhood through truth, and the transformation of Nigeria through righteous governance.
In pursuit of clarity, I journeyed to Camp Judah, Igbesa, in Ogun State—within the Yoruba Nation of the South West—to sit at the feet of an Apostolic father and prophetic custodian of the divine intentions for Nigeria. There, at the table of spiritual inquiry and reflection, in the presence of credible witnesses, words were released too weighty for casual minds to grasp. But as I pondered on how things unfolded in 2023—against all our labours in faith and intercession—I felt compelled, in humility and with trembling, to share with you the warning from the Lord.
Today, as I mark another year in life and purpose, I come not with fanfare but with fire—a divine burden to speak what the Lord has said. This is not the word of man, but a warning from the Almighty God, who rules in the affairs of nations.
“The powers that be are ordained of God.” – Romans 13:1
You ascended to the presidency not solely by strategy or political genius, but by divine permissive will. The Lord allowed it—for a purpose. But let no man mistake permission for approval. You were given four years—not to entrench yourself, but to restore justice, revive hope, and repair the ruins of a broken nation. Time is not your own. Your future, like that of all Nigerians, belongs to God. But you, Mr. President, will be weighed, and your fate decided by the scales of heaven.
Let it be known:
Whatever you gather outside of God’s divine order shall scatter.
“Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help… but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel.” – Isaiah 31:1Whatever you tailor against the Lord’s design shall be torn.
“Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.” – Matthew 15:13Whatever you piece together against the nature of things shall wither.
“The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the LORD bloweth upon it…” – Isaiah 40:7Whatever you tie together against the democratic will of the people shall be broken.
“Associate yourselves, O ye people, and ye shall be broken in pieces… for God is with us.” – Isaiah 8:9-10
“There is no wisdom, nor understanding, nor counsel against the LORD.” – Proverbs 21:30
Mr. President,
Any veiled or open ambition to extend your tenure beyond divine timing is rebellion, not leadership. It is presumption, not obedience. Heaven did not call you for tenure, but for purpose. Ask yourself with sincerity of soul: Am I serving that purpose?
Your reign has seen the Nigerian people—created in the image of God—reduced to animals in survival. They are dehumanised, disregarded, and driven to beastly extremes in their quest for food, fuel, and freedom. You preside over a nation bleeding under the weight of injustice.
The Lord declares: He will resist beastly rule, and all men who, in their pursuit of power, have become beasts over the human estate.
“Man that is in honour and understandeth not is like the beasts that perish.” – Psalm 49:20
The Lord has said expressly: His man for 2027 shall be a man, not a beast—a man who shall reconcile ethnic nations into one tribe of men and women. A healer. A restorer. A rebuilder of ancient ruins.
“And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth…” – Acts 17:26
Therefore, I counsel you by the authority of the Word of the Lord:
Abandon the path of personal ambition.
Abhor the counsel of flatterers who feed your ego but not your destiny.
Align yourself with Heaven’s timetable before it is too late.
Do not provoke the Lord to remove your candlestick.
“He removeth kings, and setteth up kings.” – Daniel 2:21
Let this birthday message to you, Mr. President, be a trumpet blast, a call to repentance, and a reminder that:
Power is not a throne. It is a trust.
Leadership is not entitlement. It is service.
May God’s mercy find you still.
