Exclusive: APC pens Ambode, Ashafa, Ikuforiji as possible replacement to late Osinowo

Following the death of the Senator representing Lagos East at the National Assembly, Adebayo Osinowo, the Lagos Political Circle has been engrossed with high level Political Permutations and Uncertainties as the need to fill the Vacant Seat created intensifies.

In an Exclusive Investigation, the Party Leadership in the state and other Stakeholders are said to be considering presenting three Candidates from the Senatorial District for the Primary Election ahead of a Rerun.

Top on the List are the immediate past Governor of the state, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, Sen. Gbenga Ashafa and a former Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly Hon. Mayowa Ikuforiji as the likely Replacement.
