Emir Of Jama’are dies after 50 years on the throne
The Emir of Jama’are, Alhaji Ahmad Muhammadu Wabi III, is dead, according to a report by Daily Trust.
Muhammadu Wabi III, who died in the early hours of Sunday after a prolonged illness that kept him away from public view, reigned for 50 years.
A title holder in the emirate, Gadodamasun Jama’are, Alhaji Salleh Malla, announced death on Sunday.
The deceased monarch is survived by two wives and 35 children.
