Breaking: TREMOR ON GLOBACOM BUILDING – Staffers left office abruptly.  

There is palpable fear and panic as globacom telecommunication office located at wuse 2 Abuja vibrated this evening.

Eye witness who said that staff of the company were seen running out of the office around 8.30pm. When contacred, some of the staff who simply identify herself as Helen, (not real name ) said they started noticing the TREMOR since Monday this week but the management staff has refused to tell them anything.

According to some of the staff, the 2 story building has been neglected by the owner of the company.

According to one of the staff who claimed to have been with the company for 7 years, said the chairman or any senior executive of the company have never visited the office since she assumed work in the Abuja office.

There was high level of complain from the staff members, one of them said the company could not even provide good chairs for their staff not to talk of providing good maintainable for the buidling.

The staff call on the Abuja development control to quickly conduct a test on the building because, according to them, the building could collapse, if adequate precautionary measures are not taken.

One of the Manager Mr. Mike Ekele who spoke with Daily Dispatch confirmed the incident, but denied that the tremor started on Tuesday, adding that it happens Wednesday afternoon and evening making them to close early than the normal time.

All efforts to get Head, Corporate Communication of the company, Mr. Rasaq Asaju proved abortive as he refused to pick several calls put across to him.
