Breaking: Special anti-robbery squads storm Lokoja to arrest Senator Dino Melaye

Team of Special Anti-robbery Squads from Force headquarters, Abuja, Thursday arrived Lokoja following an order by the IGP to arrest  Senator Dino Melaye.

Sources close to the Kogi State Police Command headquarters said that the operatives have reported to the Commissioner of Police and immediately went into a meeting.

Senator Dino Melaye representing Kogi West Senatorial district was accused by some criminal elements that he armed them with a sum of N430,000.  An allegation he has since denied.
