AMOSUN APPOINTS JOURNALISTS AS CHAIRMAN CONSULTATIVE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
A Veteran journalist and former Chairman Ijebu-East Local Government of Ogun State,Ambassador Tunde Oladunjoye has been appointed as Chairman Consultative Advisory/Special Assistant to the State Governor.
The Governor,Senator Ibikunle Amosun in a letter of appointment dated May 26 and personally signed by him stated that,the appointee is to oversee the consultative advisory roles in Ijebu-East Local
The letter added further that remuneration attached to the appointment would be communicated to the appointee in due course,adding that appointment takes effect from May 26
‘I am delighted to inform you of your appointment as Chairman,Ijebu-East Local Government Consultative Advisory Committe/Special Assistant to the Governor. The appointment takes effect from Friday,26th May,2017’,the governor wrote.
‘Please accept my hearty congratulations on this well-deserved appointment and best wishes for a very successful and rewarding tenure of office. Kindly accept this offer in writing’,the letter stated
In his response, Ambassador Tunde Oladunjoye expressed appreciation to the governor, to have considered him for the honour.
‘On behalf of myself and my family, I write to express my sincere appreciation for the honour of my appointment as the Chairman, Consultative Advisory Committee, Ijebu East Local Government/Special Assistant to the Governor .
He said, he considered the appointment as a further clarion call to serve the people and share his little experience.
‘This is a call that I shall, as usual, put in my utmost best. I therefore unreservedly accept the appointment with much gratitude. Many thanks Your Excellency’,Oladunjoye wrote.
