Abubakar Tsav blasts ex-president Obasabjo, says he’s ‘afraid of his shadow’
Abubakar Tsav, former Commissioner of Police in Lagos State, has lambasted ex-President, Olusegun Obasanjo over his claim that the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government was plotting to harm him.
Obasanjo on Friday claimed that Buhari’s government was planning to frame him and consequently kill him.
He alleged that he has been informed that his name has been included in the government “watch-list”, and that the security of his life can no longer be guaranteed.
Reacting to the allegation, Tsav stressed that Obasanjo perpetrated so many evils while in government, hence the need to be investigated.
“Now that Buhari has done this for Abiola and this seems to have frustrated his agenda against Buhari’s second term bid, he has to look for an escape route.”
“If I were him, I will present myself for investigation; but you know that as former president, he is afraid of entering the witness box where he will be cross-examined.”
