Woman Kills Child In A Bath In London

A Nigerian Woman, Oluwakemi Badare, 36 has being charged to Court for the murder of her son Kingswealth Bayode in London.

Oluwakemi Badare, is accused of killing Kingswealth her son at their residence in Plumstead, south-east London by allegedly drowning him in a bath. The child was reportedly discovered “lifeless” on Sunday, December 27.

Badare, is being held at Bronzefield Prison was represented by a lawyer for the 10-minute administrative hearing at the Old Bailey last week.

The court was told that emergency services were called to the address in Invermore Place on Sunday shortly before 8am, where the boy was found dead.

Badare was arrested at the scene and taken into custody before being charged. She appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Monday and was remanded in custody.
