Why I barred Governors from visiting me in UK – Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari has revealed why he asked Governors not to visit him, while he was in the UK for medical vacation.

Buhari only returned to the country last Friday, after spending almost 50 days in London.

And in a series of tweets from his personal account on Thursday, the President explained that he did not want the Nigerian Government to move to London.

“I also apologized to the Governors for barring visits while I was away — I didn’t want Government to move to London; I wanted it to remain in Abuja,” he said.
