WHERE IS THE NYSC CERTIFICATE FOR Kemi Adeosun and others

The finance minister has resigned her appointment and the position has been filled by Zainab Ahmed. She has reportedly travelled out of the country, Nigeria, back to her home country, United Kingdom.

The news around the corner in the country presently is the question about the NYSC discharge certificate or Exemption certificate of the Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki.

Social media cartoonists and writers have stated as follows:

a) That The Senate President graduated with MBBS in 1987 at the age of 25 years

b) He worked in a London Hospital between 1988/1989 (27 years)

c) Appointed a director of SGB in 1990 at 28 years,

d) Left SGB in 2000 at 38 Years

e) Appointed S.A. to Former President Obasanjo in year 2000 (at 38 Years)

f) Elected Governor of Kwara State 2003 (at age 41 years)

The above did not suggest he has participated in the mandatory youth service scheme in Nigeria.

The cases of Kemi Adeosun and the Bukola Saraki is calling for amendment to the laws, establishing the NYSC scheme. This is to further make clarifications to all intending Nigerians, irrespective of locations of institutions to respect the mandatory one year (1) programme to the service for fatherland.
