VGADA holds sensitisation programme Wednesday
Vanguard Against Drug Abuse (VGADA) is a Non -governmental organization aimed at curbing the social and moral menace of the ever increasing prevalence of drug abuse in Nigeria and globally.
Dr. Hope Omeiza Abraham the National Co-ordinator for VGADA have been working tremendously with media houses, TV/Radio stations across the country, as well as stakeholders.
VGADA have also embarked on several outreaches to several hotspots across Abuja to sensitize drug abusers, many others have reached them through social media handles. It’s through these many portals they have recorded huge success in their rescue mission for which they have helped at least 50 people.
As part of their all round sensitization programmes, VGADA will be having a program tagged “Drug abuse and our future ” being sponsored by Mike Omotosho foundation on Wednesday, 18th day of July 2018 5-7pm at Eyitayo Lambo conference room SHI building 38, Asheik Jarma street, off Mike Akhighbe way, Jabi lakeside Abuja.
Speakers will include Hon. Azodo Eucharia, chairman Drugs and Narcotics committee of the House of Representatives, #Cecilia Oluwafisayo Aransiola, a Women Deliver Young leader, #Esv. James Omeiza, CEO & Co-founder Fortress Realtors LTD and #Peter Unekwu Friday, a sociopreneur and Tobacco control Advocate.
