Treump faces jail term if he looses re-election- Lanny Davis
The embattled American president, Donald Trump is walking a tight rope, a rope leading directly to jail. It it either delayed or postponed. The only respite for now is for him to win the next election.

In an interview with Newsnight, a news programme on BBC2 late on Wednesday, Lanny Davis said his client was “more than happy” to speak to the inquiry on what he knew about the alleged Russian hacking and alleged collusion with Russia.
Beyond that, Lanny Davis has a very strong word for president Trump, He told Newsnight “Mr and Mrs of Trump America, don’t believe me, I am an anti Trump Democrat, don’t believe Micheal, simply look at what was written by the prosecutor in which the prosecutor said and my client repeated, he candidate, referring to Donald trump directly and coordinated the payment of this money legally above the limit, $130, 000 for the principle purpose of affecting election.

Former president Trump lawyer and “fixer” Michael Cohen pleaded guilty on Tuesday to violating finance laws during the 2016 presidential election by handling hush money for Mr Trump’s alleged lovers. President Trump has argued that Cohen made up stories in order to get a deal.The president denies there was any collusion with Russia to get him elected.
But in an interview with Fox & Friends, the president said he had found out about the payments “later on”, and that they did not come out of the campaign.
In July, Mr Cohen released audio tapes of him and Mr Trump allegedly discussing payments to a former playboy model before the 2016 presidential election.
Cohen has reached a plea deal with prosecutors, which may see his prison sentence reduced from 65 years to five years and three months.
