Tinubu Praises Tunde Rahman at 60, Commends Loyalty and Service

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has paid glowing tribute to his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Special Duties, Tunde Rahman, as he marked his 60th birthday, describing him as a loyal and dependable aide whose contributions have been invaluable over the years.

In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President applauded Rahman’s steadfast commitment and dedication, highlighting his long-standing service dating back to his role as Adviser on Media.

Tinubu noted that Rahman demonstrated exceptional leadership and a strong work ethic, particularly in the build-up to the last presidential election, where he played a key role as a media strategist and political liaison.

The President also praised Rahman’s background as a journalist and editor, describing him as a professional who utilized the media as a tool for promoting public good and social justice.

According to Tinubu, Rahman embodies humility, loyalty, and sincerity, adding that his counsel has always been honest and devoid of ulterior motives.
