Tinubu fails to handover to Shettima, as he proceed on annual leave
President Bola Tinubu is scheduled to depart Abuja today, October 2, 2024, for the United Kingdom at the start of a two-week vacation.
The vacation, according to the presidency, is part of his yearly leave.
Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President (Information & Strategy), said Tinubu “will use the two weeks as a working vacation and a retreat to reflect on his administration’s economic reforms.
“He will return to the country after the leave expires.”
