President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has paid glowing tribute to the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Enoch Adeboye, on the occasion of his 84th birthday, describing him as a “spiritual fortress” and one of Nigeria’s greatest gifts.

In a statement marking the cleric’s birthday on March 2, 2026, the President commended Adeboye’s enduring commitment to national development through prayer, leadership, and service.

He highlighted the revered pastor’s influence beyond the pulpit, noting his contributions to philanthropy, healthcare, education, and economic empowerment across the country.

President Tinubu praised Adeboye’s humility and profound wisdom, stating that his teachings over the past five decades have continued to transform lives across generations and beyond Nigeria’s borders.

He also acknowledged the cleric’s steadfast prayers for the nation and his dedication to Nigeria’s unity and progress.
