Tax Law: President Tinubu is doing what previous government couldn’t do – Emir of Kano Sanusi II
His royal highness the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, has said that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is taking appropriate measures on tax, actions which previous governments refused or failed to take.
The Emir said reforming the tax system is critical to strengthening the national economy, reducing reliance on debt, and ensuring fairness among taxpayers.
According to him, although the changes may be difficult at first, they are the key to building a sustainable country and a strong economy.
So who again should you listen to?
Emir Muhammad Sanusi is an Economist. And he’s said Tinubu’s reforms are right headed.
Professor Charles Soludo is an Economist. He’s said the samethings and is even implementing the same tax law in Anambra now .
Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala is an Economist and she’s said that Tinubu’s reforms are bold and beautiful.
Even politicians who have no reasons to love what he’s doing have acknowledged.
The IMF and World bank have said the samething.
So who are you supposed to listen to?
Peter Obi runs importation economy. He’s not supposed to be your source of advice.
I always say, Governing Anambra was Obi’s biggest opportunity to prove his abilities and test his economic policies.
Anambra is a state with potential to become the Taiwan of Africa. But he rather manufactured poverty.
He left no sustainable legacy. If he did we would have just given him Nigeria to rule and perform the same economic miracles.
Make Obi president today, he’ll begin to patch roads and save money.
That’s his strategy.
The stingy uncle’s economics.
And that hasn’t developed any nation.
An audacious project like the Coastal Road can’t be undertaken by Obi. He’ll consider it a waste of money.
That’s not how to become a big economy. Even on an individual level, only bold investors who can throw money into Big projects like the Dangote Refinery impact nations.
Obidients reading this post…am I lying against Mr Peter Obi?
If you say what I am saying is a lie, give me a proof of Peter Obi’s legacy as Governor.
