The Nigerian government plans to reintroduce the national amnesty programme operated by the administration of Muhammadu Buhari. The director of Press and Public Relations of the Federal Ministry of Finance, Stephen Kilebi, signed the press statement announcing the decision on Thursday. Taiwo
