Labour Party Youth Wing, on Thursday, vowed to take over Lagos, Rivers, and Edo states, among other South-South and South-East states in the March 18 governorship and house of assembly elections. Mr Kennedy Ahanotu, Acting National Youth Leader of Labour Party, said this at a news conference on
