Former chief security officer to late military Head of State in Nigeria, General Sani Abacha, Major Hamza Al- Mustapha (retd), has alleged that powerful and rich elites supply Nigerian youth with weapons and drugs to cause mayhem so that they can have access the country’s mineral resources.
