The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has described as untrue some claims that the Port Harcourt Refinery is not producing petroleum products. The national oil company made the clarity in an update by its Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Olufemi Soneye, Tuesday night.
