The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has finally admitted that the debts owed international oil traders as a major factor in the ongoing fuel scarcity across the country. In a statement on Sunday, NNPC spokesperson Olufemi Soneye confirmed media reports attributing the fuel
