The Nigerian Government has commiserated with the Russian Federation on the tragic attack in Moscow that led scores dead and over hundred others injured. In a message to the government and people of Russia on the unfortunate incident, the Nigeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf
