The umbrella body of Broadcasters in Nigeria, under the aegis of Broadcasting Organisation of Nigeria, has petitioned the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, complaining of high-hindedness in the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) imposition of N5million on Channels TV for
