The Kano State House of Assembly has passed the Kano State Emirates Council Establishment Bill 2024. The bill, which was sponsored by Muhammad Bello Bututu, lawmaker representing the Rimin Gado/Tofa state constituency, was passed into law on Tuesday after it scaled a third reading.
