Hon Mascot Uzor Kalu, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in just concluded bye-election has accepted defeat in the Saturday’s Aba South/Aba South federal Constituency and congratulated the winner of the bye-election and candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Hon
