Emeritus Professor, and Former Vice Chancellor of University of Port Harcourt, Professor Nimi Briggs, is Dead. A competent family source disclosed that Prof. Briggs, who was also a Pro-Chancellor of Bayelsa Medical University died in the early hours of Monday.
