The Niger government says the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) will monitor the sales and distribution of fertilisers in the state. Gov. Umaru Bago of Niger disclosed this on Monday while inaugurating
