Gunmen have disarmed some police officers and killed a Chinese expatriate at a mining site in Iboko, Izzi Local Government Area of Ebonyi State. The chairman of Izzi Local Government Area, Mr Steve Emenike, who confirmed the incident on Sunday, described the killing as “an embarrassment”.
