A former Military Administrator of Bayelsa State, Navy Captain Caleb Omoniyi Olubolade (rtd), has urged Bayelsans to be wise in their choice of who becomes governor of the state among candidates for the forthcoming November 11 election.Navy Captain Olubolade gave the advice while making opening
