The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike has appointed Town Planner Mukhtar Usman Galadima as the Senior Special Assistant on Development Control and Planning. A statement on Wednesday, by the Minister’s Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social
