Mr Andrew Yakubu, former Group Managing Director (GMD), Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Andrew Yakubu, former Group Managing Director (GMD), Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), has sued the EFCC, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) for
